We were very fortunate to catch artist Latif Maulan while he was stopping by KL to deliver some of his works. Skilled in realism, Latif has recently been painting urban subjects while nestled in the peaceful kampung environs of his hometown Bentong. He is a catcher of moments, and at present he is interested in catching his subjects unawares; whether sleeping, daydreaming or deep in thought.
